POSTER SESSION

Poster session will be held on Friday September 8th, 2023 in the main atrium of University of Florence.

• POSTER SESSION Friday September 8th, 2023 – 13.00-15.00 (presenting authors available for discussion from 14.00 until 15.00)

Poster size: 100 cm (high) x 70 cm (width)

Posters can be positioned on Thursday 7th from 11.00 and removed on Saturday at the end of the Conference.

• During the sessions presenting authors should stay by their display avaiblable for discussion.
• Presenters of posters are asked to take down their posters after the session. After this time, the remaining posters will be removed and disposed of by the conference staff. Those posters will not be stored. (pins/tape will be provided by the reception desk)
• Poster numbers for poster displaying will be communicated at the reception desk.
